Refund Policy

This policy applies to credits bought on LatentGen.com and in our Telegram apps Face Switcher (@FaceChangingBot and @FaceSwitcherPlusBot) and @AIUpscalerBot, run by Latent Gen.

• Credits are prepaid, one-time packs. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.
• Purchased credits never expire.

Processed media

Results we have already made, such as face swaps and upscaled photos, can't be refunded.

Face Switcher takes credits only once your result is ready, so a swap that fails costs nothing.

Unused credits

Unused credits can be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase. We refund card payments to the card you paid with, and Telegram Stars payments in Stars. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show a card refund.

How to ask

Email [email protected] or message @BECDA_SupportBot on Telegram. Tell us your Telegram username, or the email of your LatentGen.com account, and the date of the purchase.
